Digital Sheet Metal Forming (Figur15)
We utilize advanced digital sheet metal forming technology to create complex components with accuracy and repeatability. Projects like the Fleetwood demonstrate our ability to produce entire structures using this process.
CNC Machining & Custom Components
Our Haas CNC machines allow us to manufacture high-quality parts such as center consoles, steering wheels, and engine bay components. Each part is designed and produced to exact specifications.
3D Printing & Rapid Prototyping
We create custom components through 3D printing, including kick panels for the 1976 Blazer and door panels for the 1955 Chevy. This allows for faster development and precise customization.
